Business Analyst + Project Manager

This role does not ask you to pick a side. You do both, for the same enterprise client — from sitting with their users until you understand how the work really happens, through to the day the system goes live.

What you will do

What the work actually is

You hold one team — one or two developers, with QA and design shared across teams — and one enterprise client, continuously: roughly two to three projects a year, four to five months each. We weight the BA side more heavily, because no amount of good planning rescues the wrong problem.

  • Understand their business better than they explain it — Sit with the people doing the work until you see how it actually happens, rather than converting a requirements document into tickets.
  • Design the process and write the spec — Process flows, use cases, data models and field-level specs a developer can build from without guessing.
  • Set the order — Own the backlog and be able to tell the client what comes first and why, including what should not be built at all.
  • Run your own delivery — Plan it, hold the budget, chase progress, and report to executives on both sides.
  • Integration and data — Define API specs with the Tech Lead, coordinate integration with SAP/ERP and downstream systems, and own data migration from scoping and mapping through reconciliation.
  • PDPA — Get personal data handling right at design time rather than patching it later.
  • Delivery — Run SIT/UAT, cutover, go-live and hypercare until the system settles.
  • Vendors and contractors — Evaluate and manage the partners building alongside you, including build-vs-buy calls where there is a choice.

What we are looking for

Who fits

  • 5+ years with Business Analysis as the core of your work, and real experience carrying the PM role at the same time
  • You write requirements, process flows and specs developers can actually build from — we will look at real examples at interview
  • You have held a system from business problem to go-live and supported it afterwards: at least one with a substantial real user base
  • You read SQL, understand data models, and can talk APIs with technical people without a translator
  • Experience with organisations running many branches or units that need one standard
  • Able to produce feasibility studies, business cases and budget breakdowns for executive decisions
  • Able to run the plan, hold the budget, and chase developers and vendors yourself
  • Working English for both documents and meetings
  • Bachelor's degree or higher in IT, Information Systems, Computer Science, Engineering or Business Administration

What would set you apart

  • SAP, particularly S/4HANA migration, MM/WM or Business One
  • Enterprise data migration or data governance, including PDPA work
  • ETL/ELT pipelines or executive dashboards such as Power BI
  • PMP, PSPO or other Agile/Scrum certification
  • Retail, shopping centres, hospitals, office buildings or government work
  • Jira, Confluence and Figma

Worth knowing before you apply

There is no separate BA and no separate PM here. You are both. Architecture and DevOps are the Tech Lead's, but everything between the client and the team is yours. We are hiring two people and each gets their own client from the first month rather than waiting to be handed work. The flip side: when the client changes their mind, or their existing systems refuse to cooperate, there is nobody else to take it.

What we offer

  • A permanent GIPSIC employee, not a project-by-project contract. One project ends and the next with the same client begins.
  • Your own client from month one, with real authority over scope and sequence.
  • Real enterprise systems — ERP, integration and data migration — not documentation work.
  • Several industries within a few years: shopping centres, hospitals, office buildings and government.
  • Hybrid, with the office at The Street Ratchada.
  • A small team, fast decisions, and direct access to the CEO without layers in between.
