When to call us
The team you have is about to miss a deadline. The backlog grows every week, while posting a job and interviewing a new hire takes months — far too slow to help with what has to ship next sprint.
Sometimes the gap is not headcount but a specific skill: UX design, QA that writes structured test cases, or a project manager who keeps scope from creeping. Hiring a permanent employee for one project rarely pays off either way.
What we actually do
We send developers, UX designers, graphic designers, QA or project managers to work directly inside your existing team, not off to the side delivering one large drop at the end. Same sprints, same stand-ups, progress reported on the same cadence as everyone else on the team.
For work with a fixed, well-understood scope we run waterfall. For work that needs to change as users react to it, we run hybrid or agile with a continuous feedback loop — the method follows the work, not our own preference.
What makes the difference
We do not cling to the original plan or the agreed man-day count once something is clearly wrong. If we see a point that will cause problems later, we say so plainly, explain the reasoning and the consequence, and let the client decide — rather than letting it slide to keep the relationship comfortable.
