This is the address to use on tax invoices and withholding tax certificates. Please include Head Office in full.

Value added tax

Every GIPSIC quotation states explicitly whether the price includes or excludes VAT, and at what rate. Where a quotation is silent, treat the price as excluding it.

Tax invoicing follows the company's VAT registration status on the date the document is issued, which appears on the tax invoice given to you.

Withholding tax

Software services, development and consulting work generally fall within the categories on which a corporate customer must withhold tax at the rate set by the Revenue Code. The rate that applies depends on how the work is characterised in the contract.

Sales of equipment and hardware are not subject to withholding. Where an engagement covers both goods and services, the invoice separates them.

Billing and payment

• Payment milestones follow the contract or quotation for each engagement.
• Standard payment terms: as stated in the quotation or contract.
• Billing and cheque collection cycles: as stated in the quotation or contract.

Bank details

For security, GIPSIC does not publish bank account numbers on this website. Account details appear only on the invoice issued to you.

If you receive an email telling you our bank details have changed, telephone your usual contact at GIPSIC to confirm before transferring anything. We never notify a change of bank details by email alone.

VAT registration certificate (Phor Phor 20)

The company has been VAT registered since 15 June 2018. Every tax invoice is issued in the name and at the address shown on this certificate.
