Svibe
An internal platform where an organisation defines its own document types, forms and approval routes by configuration rather than by commissioning code.
The situation
Every company has forms nobody else has. An approval that must pass three people, leave counted in a way the company next door would not recognise, an asset register with fields specific to the work. It all ends up in spreadsheets and chat groups, because the off-the-shelf system has no box for it.
Commissioning a bespoke system moves the problem rather than solving it. Adding one field or changing one approver means going back to developers, joining a queue, waiting for a release — by which time the process has moved on.
What is actually missing is not a feature. It is permission to change the shape of your own work without asking anyone.
How it works
In Svibe everything is a document type you configure. One document type carries its fields, its form layout, its states and approval routing, its permissions and its own views. An administrator adds a field, reorders an approval, or creates a whole new type from a settings screen — no code involved.
The platform ships starting templates — employee, leave, projects, tasks, contacts and deals — but ships them as structures the organisation owns and edits, not as policy locked in. A type that needs no approval flow simply has none and stays a plain record.
The other half of the platform is deliberately fixed, because every organisation uses it the same way: announcements, an internal feed, staff perks, and learning. All of it works on the web and in a mobile app that takes the organisation's own brand colour, in Thai and English.
What changes
- Fields and approvers change in an afternoon, not in a release cycle
- Work that lived in chat and spreadsheets regains a state and an owner
- One organisation reshapes its process without touching any other on the platform
- Staff reach work, news and benefits from a single app
Who it is for
- Organisations whose internal process does not match anything off the shelf
- Companies with multi-step approvals they cannot currently track
- HR and delivery teams still collaborating through spreadsheets
- Organisations whose staff work primarily from a phone
What it connects to
- iOS and Android apps with push notifications
- MCP-capable AI assistants, with confirmation required before any write
- Attachments on our own storage, not a third-party cloud
- OTP sign-in and permissions that follow the org structure
