Customer Experience

The situation

Someone who wants to book has to call or message to ask what is free. An admin opens a file, checks, replies, writes it down. By mid-month nobody is sure who has paid, and month-end is spent reconciling backwards.

With several branches the problem does not double, it compounds — because nobody can see which space is full and which is sitting empty.

How it works

The customer sees the real floor plan and the hours that are genuinely free, picks, pays, and gets their own receipt. The admin is not in that loop at all.

Double-booking is prevented in the database, not by hiding a button — two people pressing at the same moment produce one booking and one person who immediately sees the next free slot.

The back office shows utilisation per day and per branch, so pricing can follow demand and promotions can target the hours that are actually empty.
