The situation

The car park is full by afternoon while the top floor is half empty, because nobody knows. Drivers circle for minutes, which becomes a queue at the entrance and exhaust inside the building.

Management cannot say whether there is genuinely too little parking or simply badly distributed parking, because all they have is a total in-and-out count.

How it works

Bay sensors or per-zone counting cameras give a real free-space count per floor, shown at the entrance and in the app, so the decision is made before driving up.

Payment is tied to the plate — pay in the app or at a kiosk, with no ticket to hold and none to lose.

The history shows which floor fills first, at what time, on which day — which is what pricing by demand, or reserving a zone, has to be built on.
