Privacy Policy
What this website collects, why, how long it keeps it, and what you can tell us to do with it.

This policy describes how GIPSIC Corporation Ltd. collects, uses and discloses the personal data of visitors to this website, under Thailand's Personal Data Protection Act B.E. 2562 (2019).
It covers this website only. Systems GIPSIC builds and hands over to clients are controlled by those clients and carry their own policies.
What we collect
When you use the contact form
Your name, email address, telephone number, organisation, the topic you chose and the message you wrote, along with the language you were reading in, the page you sent it from, and the time you sent it.
When you apply for a job
The role applied for, your name, email address, telephone number, portfolio link, covering message and the CV file you attach. How applicant data is handled is set out in the Applicant and Employee Privacy Policy.
When you answer the cookie banner
We keep a record of your answer as evidence: a randomly generated reference, the answer you chose, the cookie categories you accepted, the version of the policy you were shown, your IP address, your browser's user agent string, your language, the page you were on, and the time. The detail is in the Cookie Policy.
The reference is a random value used to thread one person's changes of mind together. It is not linked to your name or email unless you fill in a form yourself.
Technical records
Our servers and infrastructure providers keep ordinary access records — IP address, time, and the page requested — for security and troubleshooting.

We do not sell personal data, and we do not use contact form details to send marketing unrelated to what you contacted us about.
How long we keep it
- Contact form messages: kept as long as they are needed to reply and to act on your request, and deleted once they are not.
- Job applications: see the Applicant and Employee Privacy Policy.
- Cookie consent records: for the life of the consent, and after withdrawal for as long as the company may still need to show that consent was properly obtained.
- Server access records: according to the infrastructure provider's log rotation.
Disclosure and transfers
We disclose personal data, only as far as necessary, to:
- the infrastructure and cloud providers that run this website and its database;
- analytics services loaded through Google Tag Manager, and only where you have given analytics consent;
- government authorities or others where the law requires it.
Some providers operate servers outside Thailand. Where that is the case, we put the safeguards the law requires in place.
Your rights
Under the Personal Data Protection Act B.E. 2562, you have the right to:
- access your personal data and obtain a copy;
- rectify data that is inaccurate or out of date;
- erase data once it is no longer needed, or once you withdraw consent;
- restrict our use of it temporarily;
- port it to another controller in a machine-readable form;
- object to its collection, use or disclosure;
- withdraw consent at any time, without affecting the lawfulness of processing before then;
- complain to the Personal Data Protection Committee.
Exercising them
Write to [email protected], saying which right you want to exercise and giving us enough information to confirm who you are. We will respond within 30 days of receiving the request. If a case is complex enough to need longer, we will tell you why.
Cookie consent can be withdrawn immediately from the cookie settings link in the site footer, with no request needed.
Security
Access to personal data is limited to the people whose work requires it, data is encrypted in transit, and team telephone numbers are held in the back office rather than exposed through the public API.
Changes
If we make a material change we will publish the new version on this page with its effective date, and where the change affects consent, we will ask for consent again.
