nifhub
Over forty small tools and a set of data-keeping apps under one account — activate only what you need, and reach them from an AI assistant.
The situation
The small jobs in a day cost more than anyone budgets for. One site to convert a file, another to format JSON, an old spreadsheet to work out what an employee really costs — with a formula nobody remembers writing.
Anything that has to be kept over time — monthly spending, meals and weight, an investment portfolio, a company's cash position — ends up as one more spreadsheet. That works alone, and stops working the moment a second person needs to edit it.
The problem is not a shortage of tools. It is that they live in different places, under different accounts, and none of them can see each other.
How it works
nifhub puts two things under one account. First, over forty single-use tools that run in the browser, so nothing has to be uploaded anywhere. Second, apps that keep their own data — expenses, a portfolio, a company's cash flow, a sports scoreboard.
An app is activated from the marketplace and gets a workspace of its own. A personal app has one member; a collaborative one lets the owner invite other people into the same data rather than into copies of it.
What separates it from the usual box of web tools is the MCP server. An AI assistant that speaks the standard can reach the apps in an account directly — logging a meal or an expense by saying so, instead of opening a screen to type it — with a scoped token deciding exactly what it may touch.
What changes
- Scattered tools collapse into one account, activated as needed
- Data that lived in a private spreadsheet becomes shared without forking
- Records can be entered through an AI assistant, with no screen open
- Every action is logged from day one, so usage can be looked at afterwards
Who it is for
- People who convert, format and calculate things all day
- Small teams who want one shared record instead of two files
- Small business owners watching their own cash and spending
- Anyone already working through an AI assistant who wants it to keep real records
What it connects to
- MCP-capable AI assistants, over OAuth
- Scoped API tokens
- Email OTP sign-in, no password to set
- Outbound email notifications
- Thai and English throughout, marketplace and apps
