When to call us
The system has shipped, and the team that once watched it closely has moved on to the next project, leaving something that has to keep running for years without anyone paying close attention. Old data piles up until reports stop making sense, and a query that used to be fast quietly starts to drag, with nobody on the in-house team free to trace why.
At the same time, security or a business partner starts asking for a vulnerability assessment — specialist work the original development team was never hired to do.
What we actually do
We keep a team on the system after handover: system MA, chasing down slow queries and performance issues, cleansing data that has accumulated over time, and a first pass on security so the live system stays in the shape it should be, instead of just working while getting slower every year.
For specialist work that needs additional expertise, we route it through partners we already work with regularly — penetration testing, SAP consulting, INET cloud and payment gateway integration — so the client is not left to find a new vendor alone.
