IT Project Coordinator
Enterprise projects rarely fail for want of talent. They fail because nobody can say whose desk the work is sitting on. This role exists so that does not happen.

What you will do
What the work actually is
Our projects run with client-side business users, our own developers and contractors all working at once. This role is the person who keeps all three moving together, from requirement workshops through go-live and hypercare.
- Project coordination — Keep the project schedule, milestones, action tracker, RAID log, meeting minutes and status reports current; escalate blockers and decisions left unmade.
- Requirements — Run workshops between business users and the dev team, capture the clarifications and decisions that come out of them, and chase requirement sign-off to close on time.
- Integration — Coordinate API and interface dependencies with the ERP team and downstream systems, follow up technical issues, and confirm readiness before testing starts. No hands-on development.
- Data migration — Track master data preparation: mapping, cleansing, migration testing and reconciliation, so both sides agree on the numbers before go-live.
- Technical readiness — Track environment, access, SSO, infrastructure and security dependencies with the owner of each, so they land before they are needed.
- Testing — Coordinate SIT and UAT: schedules, test scenarios, user participation, defect logs, retesting and closure.
- Go-live — Maintain cutover and readiness checklists, coordinate hypercare issue tracking, and hand over to the team that takes it on.
- Dev team, contractors and stakeholders — Chase deliverables from developers and contractors, name an owner for every action item, and report progress tightly enough to read on one page.
What we are looking for
Who fits
- 4–5 years in IT project coordination, business analysis, application support or enterprise application implementation
- Hands-on experience on web or enterprise application projects with real business users and a development team
- Strong coordination, documentation and follow-through; comfortable running action trackers and issue logs in detail
- Enough understanding of APIs, system integration and data mapping to hold your own with developers. You will not be writing code.
- Experience supporting SIT/UAT, chasing defects, deployment or go-live
- Able to take an assignment and finish it, raise risks early, and work across teams
- Strong Thai communication and working English for both documents and meetings
- Bachelor's degree in IT, Computer Science, Business Administration, Engineering or a related field
What would set you apart
- Procurement systems, supplier management, e-Sourcing or approval workflows
- ERP integration, master data or migration coordination
- Excel, MS Project, Jira or similar tracking tools
- Experience working with outsourced development teams or system integrators
- Familiarity with SSO, application environments and security coordination
Worth knowing before you apply
This role owns execution, tracking and escalation. Scope, budget, solution architecture, technical design and Go/No-Go stay with the Project Manager and Solutions Architect on each project. Most of the job is chasing people and chasing issues to closure, which takes more patience than technical brilliance. If that sounds like admin work, this is not the job. If it sounds like the thing that keeps projects alive, we would like to talk.
What we offer
- A permanent GIPSIC employee from day one, not a project-by-project contract. When one project ends you move to the next, with your role and benefits carrying straight on.
- A clear path: Coordinator in year one, Business Analyst in years two to three, Project Manager from year four. Promotion follows what you can do, not how long you have been here.
- A senior BA or PM mentors you on every project. You are in the room when requirements are decided and scope is negotiated, not just handed the outcome.
- Real enterprise systems — ERP, integration and data migration — not documentation work.
- Several industries within a few years: shopping centres, hospitals, office buildings and government.
- Hybrid, with the office at The Street Ratchada.
- A small team and short decisions — not several layers before anyone starts.
